Yes, Khajur is very much here with me at Gulf Air HDQ - Bahrain. He joined as the Corporate Fraud Prevention Manager w.e.f 01 Feb 2007.
For chatting, you'll have to use one of the messengers (gmail-talk, yahoo or msn).
Out of these, I find gmail-talk very good. But on the other hand, the other two messengers have video capability also.

Have you tried talking on Skype? I find it the best if you have broadband connection. Download for free at www.skype.com and you can chat for free from PC to PC. all you need is a microphone and speakers or headphones. the Webcam is optional. My skype ID is benlibhas. We could even have confrencing on this so all you guys can speak at the same time.
